Earthquake.

So today I slept through an earthquake. Yes. I know. It shook the entire campus. Actually it shook my sister's campus too 20 miles north of me. I'm not sure if I was so out of it because I am SO overly exhausted or what. But Wall-E and Eva show us how to take precaution! Found this cute photo stream on flickr of 365 Days of Wall-E. So cute. Day In.

Today I'm not feeling too well. I'm missing out on a game of kickball with my friends. At least I've been able to relax and spent all day watching Bridezillas (those women are seriously unbelievable!). Really craving a kitty to cuddle up with while I'm aching. (photo here.)

Bridesmaid Excitement.

Today I tried on bridesmaid dresses for Lisa & BJ's wedding! It was so much fun! She chose canary yellow (which is so her!). And the styles we went through were beautiful. I'm so excited and all in the wedding mood now.

Here's a new favorite wedding (and DIY too!). Found on Green Wedding Shoes. I LOVE them throwing streamers- colorful & fun. And look at the wonderful frame with circles they made- it doubled as their guestbook & backdrop. So cute. I may need one just for my wall at home.

Love Letters in Trees.

This is a photo I captured for a project I'm working on in a design class. I'm designing a Poster/Program for Shakespeare's play As You Like It. I'm quite proud of it. I have an origami heart tied in the tree to represent the love letters.

Good Morning! Today has started off so wonderfully I've decided to write a post! Yesterday was a rather terrible day. I am stressed by school books and money and boys. I had a big mess with Amazon. Then I was just feeling gross and yucky the rest of the day and still had to go work on horns with Leslie's dad. Well I ended the night by watching Love Actually (one of my all time faves!) It made me so much happier. This morning I woke up early (early enough to make coffee and breakfast), got a text from my bestie wishing me a better day, a call back for a job, and all before 10am. Pretty great right? So this is bound to be a great day. And to anyone who hasn't seen Love Actually, go watch it IMMEDIATELY! You will not regret it.

I Love Sharks.

Actually I love sea life, sharks just hold a special place in my heart because they intrigue me so much! Brian Skerry... is AMAZING. Sweet Wedding Rings.

More from the wedding with the tent I showed yesterday. Aren't these wedding rings sooo gorgeous?! They mesmerize me. I would not mind wearing those on my finger. Artemis (the bride, what a cute name!) lined the shell herself, and the rings were presented to the couple with it. So cute. Their handmade wedding is so perfect. Look at more beautiful photos here.

Summer's End.

So yesterday was officially my last day of summer. I started classes today. Looks like it's going to be a nice semester (then again I haven't been to any Tues/Thur classes yet). I'm just so sad to see summer go. But here's to being halfway done!

And, oh yeah, I'm admiring this lovely tent at a wedding! Looks super fun. For move photos look here. This is really one of my favorite weddings I've seen in a while.

Packing.

Today was my last day at home. I'm leaving for the city tomorrow. It's crazy how fast it's coming to an end. But I'm ready to get back. I've been packing and it's just amazing how much more I have than I think! I have no idea how it's all gonna fit in my car! It also reminds me of just how much I did NOT get done that I should've. Ah well. Here's to a fun last weekend of summer before classes. Thank you Beatles- pretty much my mood right now.
